Sleeping Beauty - IAmRoses DT

Hi there fellow crafters! :)

Sharing with you today is my Design Team project for I Am Roses, With Fall coming soon, i decided to do a  light Autumn Themed layout of my daughter. I love  The base i used is a watercolor paper so i don't have any issue when i use watercolors and other mix media mediums compared to the regular cardstock that can easily tear and wrinkles.

This is an A4 size layout. There's layered washi tapes behind the flowers (sorry you can't see it on the photo) but you can see the polka dot one :) I also randomly stamped images on the paper to create my background which proves that you don't really need patterned/fancy papers to beautify your artwork lol!

I accented the Daisies by applying tiny dot of liquid pearls on the center. I also added my handmade beaded pearl center on top of the crochet flower.

I don't like the way the bird being flat when i stamped on the image to the paper (bird and birdhouse are not separate stamps) so i have to use my other bird stamp, stamped it on a piece of cardstock, cut it out and adhered it using a foam adhesive so it gives that dimension.
These are Forget Me Not flowers that are available at my store. I have a half flower stamp and that's what i used here then colored it with my chrome orange Copic marker (sorry i don't know what company made it as i bought it with no package from ebay i think).

I just used my alpha stickers and my scrabble stamps for the title of my layout (some of the letters are alternately back with foam adhesive so they pop up and not just flat on the page). Added a piece of punch out paper from my stash to highlight the word beauty.

List of IAmRoses products used on this project:

L0-721 - Maple Leaves
D1-210 - Mixed Daisy
S10 - Small White Flowers
JC1-827 - Crochet Flowers
GP2-839 - Green Gardenia Curly Petals

Thanks so much for stopping by...Hugs! Joy
