Paris with love

Happy Sunday Everyone! :)

I have another ATC to share with you all today and it's all about Paris and love...i really really love to go there someday but i guess i will just have to keep dreaming of this beautiful place until i have saved enough money to travel lol!

Anyway, back to reality :) i've recycled the cereal box and used it as the base of my ATC here and the rest of my previous ATCs i have created this month. I always primed my base with Gesso and this time i used Winsor&Newton inks, canary yellow for the background color, carmine for the splatters, viridian for the green lines, these inks are so vibrant and i love it! ColorBox pigment ink for the distressed edges of the card as well as the edges of the Eiffel Tower. I fussy cut the Tower and heart then used foam tape to give some dimension to it, i also added glitters to the heart which i first colored it with crimson Copic Marker.

I hope you like this ATC and hope to finish my last set tonight and share it with you in my next blog post :)

ATC again...

Hi there crafty friends! :)

Why is time flying so fast these days!? I haven't been so productive the past week until last night, i'm done with my third set of ATC for swap and i have two more sets to finish! Yay!

Again, i love working with watercolors and it's been my favorite medium since the day i started using it and here's what i made, a simple leafy and friendly Spring Themed card :)

And oh, did you notice something new on my blog?? I made some changes and still working on it but i hope you like what you're seeing right now :) I really love how it looks now, the wall is all white and some pastel colors that are eye candy for sure (^.^)

Artist Trading Card

Happy Wednesday! :)

I'm just going to give an update of my second set of cards for the atc swap i'm participating in. I'm doing 5 sets all in all and i will share them in my next blog post. Here's one of the many playful themed cards inspired by clowns and happy face masks and playing games. I could have added more colors but decided to just use a couple. The shiny green sparkles on the hat and collar of the clown are glitters and added liquid pearls on each tail. For the background, i just primed the base with gesso and used TCWS (mini spinning tops) stencil together with pigment inks. The chipboard frame has a circle cut out in the center to make the clown's head looks like it pop out but not scary lol!

A little mixed media

Happy Friday everyone! :)

Yehey! It's weekend whoot! lol! Time to play on my craft table...ok, so i have joined an ATC swap group on Facebook and due to my excitement i was able to quickly finished 10 cards and still working on the 30 pcs. and i'll show you all of it when i'm done. I just want to share with you the first one i made :)

I recycled the cardboard from a packaging for the base and i used acrylic paints and gesso for the background. I then outlined the stamped image of a flower tree with Pigma Micron ink pen to give a detailed look to it.

A close-up look on the textured background. I stamped the title right into the card then i fuzzy cut the stamped image of the bicycle.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

First of all, i would like to say thanks so much to all of you who takes time to stop by and followed my blog and for all your lovely remarks on my art works. You don't know how happy and grateful i am to have you here :) you always warm my heart. Thank you so much my friends! I hope you all have a great day and Happy Thanksgiving!

I have something to share with you all today, here's the ATCs i created a couple of months ago. I joined an ATC swap group of talented ladies on Facebook and here's what i've made. I tried adding a bit of mixed media to it and i just love how it turned out! It weighs a li'l bit heavier though lol! due to the medium i used. I hope you like it :)

Those tiny clear beads you see on the background are glass beads, a texture gel by Liquitex. I love using this medium, so much fun!

I used heavy gel stone medium for this texture then sprayed it with Creme de Rouge and Old Lace glimmer mist.

I made the wings out of paper clay using the Crafty Secrets Cherubs stamp.

Here's the back of the ATC with handwritten names of my swap buddies :)

Thanks so much for stopping by...Hugs! :)
