Purple + Pink = Pretty!

Time flies so fast! I thought i just posted my card the other day lol! Hhhmmm...i need to catch up! So today i would like to share with you all this purple and pink inspired card...love it and i hope you do too! :)

I hope you won't get tired with TheGreetingFarm stamps i'm using on most of my cards :) i know they're addictive! I colored the image mostly with Sakura Glittered Gell Roll pen except for her skin and hair, i used Touch Markers. Her hat, dress, shoes are shimmering! The photo is not showing it well though...

The flowers were outlined using the glittered pen to add more interest. And the pattern papers are distressed on all sides. I hope you can see the glitters :)

Using doilies as corner embellishment is just one of the things i love to incorporate on my cards. They really show a nice texture and adds up a chic touch any project.

Supplies used on this card:

107, 103, 102, 131, 29 Touch Markers - ShinHan Art International Inc.
Rosettes - Prima

Lace - from a RAK
Patterned Papers - not sure if its by DCWV

Whoopsi!!

Welcome back Ladies! We had a bad weather for days now and i thought this sunny card is just perfect to brighten up our day :) Rich colors of yellow and orange, a white and a few shade of browns!

As usual i colored the image with Touch Markers ( 107, 103, 34, 131, 24, 29). I couldn't think of any better word to describe her mood but the word whoopsi lol! just because she covered her lips with her hand :) does it make sense lol!

I applied crystal stickles around the edges of the pattern paper and on the flowers too! I punched out 2 pcs of butterfly to make it look 3D then distressed the edges with yellow fluid chalk by ColorBox and just form a polka dot on half the body of the butterfly using the yellow Touch Marker.

I just stick those alphabets to each other on a piece of cardstock to form the word "whoopsi" and outlined the edges with yellow Touch Marker

Supplies used in creating this card:

Stickles - Ranger
Flowers - Prima
Pattern Paper - DCWV
Cardstock - Ace
Rhinestones - from local craft store
Butterfly Rub-Ons - Fiskars by Kimberly Poloson
Alphabet Stickers - Latech
White Pen - Sakura Gelly Roll Pen
Flower Pistils - AAD Boutique
Touch Markers - ShinHan Art Int'l Inc.
Yellow Fluid Chalk - ColorBox
White Feather
Brads
Lace

Vintage card!

Hi everyone! Just a quick post here...can you guess who made this card? It's definitely not me! lol! My hubby made it :) Yay! It's he's very first handmade card! I asked him one day if he could make a card and without any complain he started looking for his supplies in my stash (of course he ask where he could find the things he'll use) and voila! I came home with a finished vintage looking card. Isn't he so sweet?! I totally love this card :)

Hubby actually burned the edges of the card with the handy lighter or whatever you call it to have that
very distressed look which is so cool! By the way he used a lot of Tim Holtz stuffs in making this card...
can you tell :) The image was from my sweet friend Gemma in Japan.

He finished the inside too! Boy i'm so proud of him :) he did an awesome job on his card.

Good morning Ladies! Isn't it wonderful to wake up with the sun shining so brightly :) a perfect day to go outside and walk around or just ride on a bicycle and breathe some fresh air...enjoying the scenery and sounds of nature.

Today's card theme has something to do with the sun...a very simple summer inspired card.

Have you ever wondered why sunflowers follow the sun? Well, the action is called Phototropism :) want to know more about it? Just ask Mr. Google and he'll give you the answer lol!

Postcard

If there's something i would appreciate tonight in the sky, it would definitely be the moon! It's a fair full moon tonight! And i love it, it makes me smile. So look up to the moon and wonder if i'm staring at it too lol!

Anyway here's a postcard i made and it doesn't have anything to do with the moon :) for sure! I'm totally making use of Hero Arts images i got from a RAK from my sweet friend Rica.

The roof on this card is made by cutting out 2 pieces of patterned paper using a scallop scissors then curled up the edges of the paper so it would look like a two layered roofs, i think it came out neat!

The insert tag is removable so you can write on it. And the patterned paper that
i used is Garden Gala by Webster's Pages.
Flowers are by Prima, accented with crystal stickles and rhinestones. I got
the plastic leaves from a local flower shop.

Girly Blue

A dear friend of mine lives in the neighboring Asian country and since we're far from each other, i thought this card expressed well the way i wanted to greet her :) hey there! (with a jolly voice). I know she needed some inspiration so i hope this card gets her mojo back. Be sure to check out her blog too HERE! She makes beautiful creations.

The stamp i used is "Looking at you" from Stampavie by Gillian Roberts.
The best part of making this card was coloring the image with stormy sky,
walnut stain, vintage photo and crushed olive distress ink! For the skin, i just
colored it with my Touch Markers. I really enjoyed and had so much fun :)
I don't know if you could see some glitters on the edges of the title words
but i run my stickles and sakura gel pen to that part to add a little
bit of interest to the paper.
The flowers are from Prima and those yellow pistils will be available soon at
my boutique. I just used my Touch Markers to highlight the petals of the rose.

Character mood

Yay! Another card! This is Camille from TheGreetingFarm and i couldn't figure out if she's happy, kind or both :) Can anyone tell me her mood? I just love the simplicity of her outfit and the "demure" look of her face...i think this is the best word to describe her attitude :) right?!

I like everything color coordinated so i went ahead and color the image
as close as the color of the patterned paper which is brown, orange
and light blue green.

I made this beaded flower center and you can find them at my boutique.
They're great as center pieces for your flowers or
simply just add them to your pages.

4 U Card

Hello pretty ladies! Welcome back! I'm finally posting my first card for my new blog :) Yehey! for me lol! Ok so i wanted a boy themed card for my first post here and so i created a tag card with this cute little guy named Hello Ian from TheGreetingFarm.

My fav. color is blue so i made it as the base and main color ingredient of this card.
I used my Touch Markers to color the image.
And to add some dimension, i dry embossed the card
using the Cuttlebug embossing folder "bricks".

Colors yellow, brown, white and green are best when combined
with color blue :) agree?

New blog...New beginning...

Hello everyone and welcome to my new blog! It's totally obvious that i have been MIA for a long long time and i think this is just the right time to come out from my dark cave and start a new beginning again. There's so much things that happened unexpectedly during the past few months that is why i left the craft world and let myself weep for awhile...they say time heals things and this is the reason why i created a new and fresh blog, to move on finally and just go with the natural flow of life.

On this blog i will showcase my master pieces and nothing here would make you utter the word "ugly" lol! that of course is only my thought :) as everyone has a right to their opinion and thoughts. As you can see, the theme of my blog is RAINBOW so expect to see fun and colorful creations! I hope to inspire you more and share all with you my crafty tips and tricks i haven't shared before. So please join me in my new adventure!

*my deepest thanks to all my sweet friends for all the prayers and thoughts, i am so grateful to have you all in my life*
